AsBakedAsCake
I received an email today from PayPal today. Email states that all users must have a "PayPal Cash Account" by March 29th if you would like to continue to send, spend, and receive money through PayPal. Their email only tells what a cash account is, and that you NEED one. It doesn't tell you anywhere exactly HOW to create it or link it. Does anyone know how I create this account or link to existing PayPal? I've been looking everywhere and I can't find out much about it. Thanks for any help. poptartjake
It should be automatically created and linked to your existing PayPal account by March 29th Nothing required from you, as far as I know.

You're 100% correct, I just ran into this on PayPal forums: "If you have a personal PayPal account and have confirmed your identity with us before March 13, 2019, there’s no action you need to take." I wonder why they didn't state this in the actual email. Cheers Edited February 18, 2019 by AsBakedAsCake
