Such as a multimanagable password manager, i use Keepass, Its got very few bugs and its pretty secure, Highly recommended to someone that uses many accounts!

Basic notepad does me well.

Some are perma, i add notes for recovery dates, DOB'S on the account for a quash unban^^

Doesn't it sometimes clog up? look abit messy and confusing, i cant look at such close together words it screws with my eyes.

I guess it really varies from person to person. 

If you're using them for bot storage no it's not worth it, I just store external information on mine, mule creation details/spare emails/worker payments and such.
