Bot Initializing Error

I am getting an error message when I open the bot.

Bot initalization error!

Common reasons include:

-Your proxy is not configured

-Our server is updating

-Game servers are offline

 

I don't have a proxy, have tried turning off my firewall, and have re-downloaded bot and java.
