Sites are selling $0.99-1.13 averagely, what nintendo said is correct.

I see some individual sellers (not sites) selling for much lower, which is what I was aiming for originally, also asking for PP.

Yes, occasionally you will see small stocks off people who just want to dump it for cheaper.

General selling is above that though, unless you're looking to buy off people at very small quantities.
