They actually ticket you? I remember when I was in highschool they would just cover half your window with a sticker that took like a half an hour to remove. 

 

Edit: Oh lol, that's a parking facility, they gave us pretty much a receipt to put in our window in highschool.

shit.. compared to what ive seen this is peanuts... 

there was even like a kind of "dark tone" documentary on television i saw where these bandits would give out parking tickets for signs that were literally over 1km away (yes 1000 meters on a different street and all) and saying that sign still applies

and the funny thing is how the legal system works is that you have to pay or else the IRS (not usa irs but equivalent to where i live) will come and seize shit because u dont pay the fine

so if u want your money back you have to pay first and then take it to court and pay court money lmfao
