i'd say 220m sincei assume it has b gloves but 70 prayer...thats like 102 cb zerk... i don't think people would pay for a zerk build with 70 prayer unless they're turning into med or main

Probably 150-170M for stats alone, and something like 50-60M more if fully quested and itemized.

Possibly some penalties if it has some mutes/bans. Nice account though

Yea, the 70 prayer is odd. Maybe worth it to level defence as well so it can use piety? I'd wager that would be around the same price range, and easier to sell (once you can actually sell it here)
