Looking to buy any kind of throwaway/starter/zulrah ready accounts

Minimum requirement for throwaways/starters is they have to be NMZ ready.

NOTE: I am not paying extra for high tier accounts that have stats I'm not going to use/benefit of/accounts with melee stats over 70+ (excl. Defence, will pay extra for it).
