I have an American Express Gift Card which has some available funds on it. If you want the card # and security code, im willing to trade it for 4m osgp! It wont transfer to my paypal I don't really want to buy anything atm so it pretty useless. :)

how does the card work?

It's a gift card. So its accepted everyone where American express is accepted, and is treated like a debit card online/in stores besides paypal, becuase it has no information linked on to it and cant be verified.
