Free membership on new accounts?

Haven't checked this out yet, hopefully people selling mem accounts like they did with twitch prime

 

edit: apparently if you make an account on mobile, you cant use it on pc, so this is kinda pointless for now

doesnt have to be a new account it works with every account once i think, i did it earlier with two of my older accounts, you just need multiple google accounts

for exam can i add that 7 days membership on my 6 acc and etc? or its only work on one account?.. and if can does it require to have differents credit/debit cards? or it can be done with one card.
