I have an account that has 70 range 75 magic and pretty much 1 everything else. Has 20 agility ? 

 

10-20 m, isnt really a good for anything, maybe barrows if u get combat lvls and prayer

You need nmz quests, 800k nmz points to imbue for salve ammy (ei). tarns lair miniquest (40 slayer) and 75+ ranged.

U can sell them @30-40m
