As title states, it only has 99 agility, full graceful and 700 marks

 

99 agility: 75-95m id say. 700 marks is 7m if im not mistaking. is this reg or im?

I started a thread in the services section. Look that up mate. Paying 2x price of marks and 200m for levels. I guess we'd use a middleman?

1 thing i dont get tho is why not ask to buy this one for 200m ? xD its lvl 3 no other stats been rested for almost a month except to log into take this photo

Because there's a slight chance of recovery man. What'd happen if you recover it? Could probably sort something out. Do u have recoveries/ban meter/email set on account - any email ever?

and whats stopping you from changing half way threw xD and yeah i got the recoveries, but no there has never been a set email on the account
