after download osbot opens in notepad ?

title explains it all. I click download and a small white bar pops up with Run-Save-(SaveAs)

I run the download its runs security check and then says its downloaded.

Its gives me the option to click open and when I click open it opens in notepad with hundreds of pages of random symbols.
