How to start botting?

I want to start using Excellent Dragons by Chris, however I'm unsure as to how to get an acc ready for it, what are the bare minimum stats? what quests? any suggestions?

maybe try getting the acc's enough qp to do d slayer, then get mems do waterfall dslayer and monkey madness and whatever other def quests that are fast and easy. then grind out the rest of 60/60/60 at sand crabs and then try it
