VIP and script renewal went through as a pre-approved payment

I had my scripts and VIP set to auto-renewal however when it did it went through on PayPal as a preapproved payment so it took 7 days or something to take it from my bank and pay it to OSBot. However, once it finally went through I didn't receive VIP or the script I had purchased.

Could someone look into this?
