So if they ban for tut island bots, why is there a tut island bot still up for sale, and why did I waste my money on it?

research market before you buy, sorry for your loss
botting is going to be expensive endeavour, so if you don't have the patience you wont succeed ?

I'm just unsure why it's in the store if it's worthless and pretty much a 100% ban.

I dread the day when a store opens up that sells condoms that break the instant you put them on.

Because it's not the bot that gets you locked - run this on a residential IP or some proxies which seem to bypass Jagex's systems and you'll be fine. The problem with all these locks are IP based. If it was because of a script your account would be disabled not locked.

People, many people, many sites, have stated that tut island botting results in a ban. Doesn't matter if you use residential or not, myself haven't been locked or banned as of yet, but it's only a matter of time. I was just replying to what another person has stated in regards to the tut island bots.

Edit: As I typed that it was disabled, heh.

Which just furthers the statement that you should do your research before you buy anything. You probably haven't lost much; if you are uncomfortable with that much loss, sorry to say but you probably won't succeed. You are going to lose much more before you start making it back. :/

Not worried about the loss, just worried that something is for sale that is a guaranteed ban. A little odd. If I was worried about loss I wouldn't bot, but it doesn't mean I can't try to understand the reason behind some things.

It's not a guaranteed ban. That's only your experience

Oh, then I read wrong, that's my bad / ignorance. Sorry for the misinformation on my behalf then.
