To answer your question yes, it's given to me but it's not used as a ransom in the sense you have to work till you make your 100m back. The deposit is there incase a worker scams and a staff member demands that the deposit be forfeit. It is to help protect the customers. And the money you make off the orders, your cut, is yours to keep/use how you wish 

so you have to put upp 100m or whatever the amount to start working under your name meaning that you supply the tasks and such or i use you to make myself as a trusted worked in the community and find my own people who need tasks and others done
