I need someone to get a fresh level 3 to 100% Piscarillius favour.

It's up to you how you want to do it, you may do however you please, but please keep in mind that certain methods/quests require certain skills and you would have to level those first.

I'll provide a fresh level 3 with a bond, you will pay for the supplies you need to level up skills and gain the favour.
