Yes once one transfer ownership of account I will give you complete access to the email account.

I am giving you the email accounts. You can change the password to the email accounts and keep it as is, or you can change the email address to your own email.

Nope, this was in my inventory when I was botting zulrah. I am pretty much done with OSRS. However, I do know someone who will make you accounts if you need more.
