What is the current style you mostly have? american traditional? black/grey? Both turn out some pretty nice looking wing based neck pieces. It also depends on whether you are willing to go under the chin.

Also how in the fuck does a tattoo that is properly and professionally done make anyone look like a meth head? proper planning has to go into a shoulder/neck piece and everything has to be perfect and meticulously drawn out because its the one thing people are going to see when they see you.

It's not like I'm asking Ralph from down the street to plug me up with some tats while we smoke some reefer in an alley. :???:

I mostly have American traditional / Sailor Jerry style tattoos. and some are colored and some are black/grey.
