Also how in the fuck does a tattoo that is properly and professionally done make anyone look like a meth head? proper planning has to go into a shoulder/neck piece and everything has to be perfect and meticulously drawn out because its the one thing people are going to see when they see you. I mostly have American traditional / Sailor Jerry style tattoos. and some are colored and some are black/grey.
