so i just fixed the problem with scaling on 4k screens with Resource tuner, and it worked well, but i press on osbot it launches interface i press launch and nothing heppens, tryed to rr pc, re-download bot dosen't work, what might be a problem? thanks.

what do u mean by what java? the version? It's the newest one, updated yesterday.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

have you updated Adobe Reader?

Have you thought that that your potentially under attack by internet pirates called "hackers"

Have you installed Google Ultron?
