Why it should be removed: i have full refunded when he told me cant wait and ask for a refund

Details:  This guy was paid for a firecape, but i have got orders waiting, so i told him have to wait 3hrs after he have paid, and i have full refunded for him once he ask for a refund. 
But he still leave me a Negative feedback for no reason

Seeing as it was quickly resolved and he was refunded the ASAP the feedbacks have been removed. Any more left with result in warning points being given.

 

It was literally 10 minutes of time spent, I won't take a "time = money" excuse, the refund was fast and it was easily resolved. Closed.
