Problem with proxifier

Hi guys, Proxifier isn't connecting through the proxy I have. Maxthon browser works but when I try to connect through proxifier, it does not trigger the condition  (*.google.* or *.runescape.*). I know its not working because I go to google to try and see my proxy IP but it gives me my home IP.  Also no processes trigger in the proxifier window. Any ideas why? Help would be greatly appreciated.
