i need 86-99 str

i want to get a part of it done through slayer going from 64-75 and the rest in nmz with me keeping the points

my stats are 75 86 75 with 70 pray and 80+ hp

 

leave price and timeframe below. 

also if someone just wants to do the slayer leave price aswell

i can do all this starting now, can also do it all via slayer only
