I was thinking of making a obby mauler with slayer staff, but I don't know who would pay for it. So, I need some opinions on how much it could be worth.

Slayer staff on an obby mauler is a bitch. It would be worth a lot, and thats not for the str its for the staff. 

20M i also make rare accounts to sell and i say it's not worth it..

 

I switched to goldfarming 

it's all dependant on how much time/effort/gp you put into the account, if you budget/train/time manage correctly flipping accounts would be a great business.

Only problem is, when you make a obby mauler + 55 slay. You'll need to cannon to grind down slayer levels.

I got someone 60-99 str and then one of my workers got him 50 slayer for it. I wouldnt recommend doing it
