They are just left as "pending" and the status never changes.

Dont purchase those "unbanning service" as they dont work and you will get scammed.

Best way to get in contact with them is email. I doubt they have a phone number to call about bans :p.

I mean sure it's worth a try, but they really do just ignore them all, thousands of them, but mabye you'll get lucky....
