Try switching all of the bots to low cpu mode.

Go settings -> advanced -> far top right check the box labeled "low cpu."

For most scripts it won't affect functionality, but it will make it FAR easier to run the bots.

Also, I'm not sure how good of a CPU that is, but bear in mind that with that RAM and a standard cpu you're looking at 5-6 bots, maybe 8 anyway. 10 might be a stretch. (I have 8gigs ram on my personal computer with an older ~3.4ghz intel dual core processor, I can run like 3, maybe 4)

I am currently using that VPS as well. I can run around 9-10 bots in low cpu mode, it could probably run a few more but I don't have enough accounts to test it atm. The lag is probably due to the fact that the servers are located in the UK, and judging by your post times you are probably located somewhere in America? The lag is just because there is a large delay when you are that far away from the server. Also, having alot of tabs in one client can cause some sort of lag issues as well, even if it isn't using up all of your cpu/ram, so I suggest also keeping only 3-4 bots per client and having multiple clients.
