I could make like 20-30 before getting a cooldown when a friend told me that Jagex is closing in and you'll be able to make like 5-10 accounts per hour.

There are times that it allows me to create up to 40-50 accounts w/o blocking me but there also times that I make only 5.

 

Any idea if the time has to do anything with it? Like perhaps if I register when the site gets the least traffic it won't block me so quickly?

I'd assume that it'd be some sort of anti-bot registration feature but kinda confused.

aprox 10 accounts on a short time creation, give it aprox 30-60 break and u should be good to go
