[help me] fail to login error

so i have downloaded 1.7.37 and now when i try to login i can't  i get "fail to login" error

Did you try to capitalize your first letter of your name when logging in already?

none worked i didn't just post this thread, i searched before and tried all of what was suggested

yes i have tried that

Alright, first try to logg in with your e-mail adress.

If that doesn't work try to change your password here .

Then logg in with the new password.

this issue started happening since 1.7.35 was working fine back in 1.7.32
