Additional notes:

Money was paid on August 20th, and it is now the 30th, no change in 10 days. He had successfully done another unban for me, which went really fast. At this point I would like the 12.8m since the service was never fulfilled. If I don't receive the money, then I believe i've been scammed. Anything needed, you can message me on osbot and i'll provide anymore information required. I believe i have waited enough time.
