Not really mate , we all seen people with 100+ feedback scam accounts , 0 feedback just means he recently joined doesn't mean he a scammer does it. 

same chance buying an account from someone with your feedback. its just a number if a scammer your a scammer no matter what feedback you got.

I've seen way more 0 reps get banned for scamming, people who have 100+reps are considerably less likely to put their account on the line for a shitty obby mauler.

your buddy there also broke the rules, you're not allowed to sell accounts if you've got under 100 post count :)
