do these scripts get taken down from sdn?

I think a lot of the scripts might just be 'broken' because of the updates made recently by Jagex?

Report it to the scripter, making a thread like this is useless and won't get you anywhere.

frankly i have and some seem like they've been given up on.

Scripts might be down due to the latest rs client update. Also, might be from the script side. Check the thread of the script and report it if you are sure it is a script problem.

There's a bunch of scripts on the SDN that don't have threads associated with them any longer, actually. I'll look a little deeper when I'm home from work later and go from there but there are totally scripts that shouldn't be on the SDN right now.

+1 Yes, I agree with you. Last week I tried some scripts out and a few of them didn't work. I will really try all of them and report the ones which don't work.

I could start off with free scripts. I will pay for VIP once I am done with coding my own private script!

There are plenty of threads with people complaining about the script being broken for 1+ months without the scripter taking a look.
