Heyo gamers

When I press the download button, it downloads but when its done it opens as a notepad file. Am i supposed to copy-paste it into somewhere or open ith with something else or what? I hope you can help a 10 IQ computer idiot like myself. Thanks!

Ensure you have java installed. Also check out my video:

It says how to open with Java instead of Winrar, but it will work with anything thats its opening with besides Java. Moving to correct support section.
