How much would it be to have a fresh lvl 3 quested to 40 atk ( pretty sure u get close with quests then have to train 1-3 lvls by hand as i dont want to pass 40) and then 65/70 str trained at sand crabs. Thanks for any input would be looking for around friday

Tell me exactly which quests you want, leave some supplies or money for supplies (combat potions, food, gear, stamina potions, quest items) and I'll do this for 15 gp/xp. Plus, costs of quests.
