Looks like they may have just been locked not recovered. Have you tried contacting the user yourself before you opened this dispute?

I've placed Jacob in TWC and requested he assist us in unlocking them for you.

Can you please show me full chat logs of the transactions as well as you contacting him regarding this. Please don't split them up, we can hide them so only moderators can see them if they contain sensitive info.

You're still not posting what I asked lol. No cut up screen shots. Just go right now and take screenshots in chronological order of your conversation with him from start to finish and then paste the links here in order. This helps us have evidence for the dispute.

Due to the disputes I've gone ahead and banned Jacob. He'll have to refund you for the recovered accounts if he wants to return. Sorry for your loss.
