What you said is the equivalent to the following statement: "My grandma smoked 2-4 days a week and lived until she was 95, therefore if you don't smoke everyday you won't get lung cancer." One specific example of something shouldn't overshadow the facts.
February 15, 20188 yr I've been botting agility with APA Roof script about 70 minutes every day and haven't been bothered by Jagex. Yet at least. Started at 40 and I'll hit 62 tomorrow I think. I just do it after a few slayer tasks every day. Anymore agility botting than that I'd say is suicide.

February 21, 20187 yr I've been able to get 70+ agility on multiple accounts recently, just have to use safe scripts and only run like 2-3 hours a day with short breaks every 40-60 mins to look "refreshed".
