RS fucked my life

Featured Replies

I'm addicted to RS I guess you can say, but I have no regrets. As long as staking exists and I can goldfarm on this game I'll be addicted to it. I just love making money by botting and making easy money staking people (although I've taken a break from staking recently). If 07 hadn't been released then I probably wouldn't have ever came back to the game (I quit when EOC came out). I've always been able to balance other things in life. I never let the game get in the way of the more important things.

yeah, i know through school (left 6 years ago) i was on it 6 hours per night and all day weekends as i started playing in 03 - since i started botting i havnt really played it properly and now wouldn't be bothered if my account was banned as id just bot a new one haha, you might just have to go hard core bot for a while, gain skills 70% quicker and enjoy your time doing other things.

If you let it "ruin your life", it will. You just have to know when to separate between the 2 different "lives".

In my case, I've met some amazing people and gained amazing skills through Runescape over the years.

Exactly, You can't blame runescape for "turning you into that guy that lives into his moms basement". That's all you, nothing to do with runescape... that'd be like me playing CoD and saying it made me do that ;p.

I think this thread should be started up again. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THNINK????

Seeing as we're on a botting site, I doubt a lot of us actually sit "playing" RS for aslong as you first described.

But yeah, RS is a very addicting game when you do play legit, try and bot more get some fresh air man!!

This is true, I just set my bots on and leave it. Normally I do homework, play on my ps3 etc.

Master Drive, add me on Ps3 = Officialswaq. Hurry so I can kick your ass in Blops 2 please.

Just don't play it.. But if you must, learn Java and make your own scripts. Remember you'll have to quit sometime (Old men playing RS really doesn't sound too awesome) so just do it sooner and achieve something. I can't make you do anything, but just think about what you can do in the time you play RS for a year

I feel as though Runescape has taken so much of my valuable time away from the things in my childhood growing up, but at the same time I can't stop playing.

I make bank off of Runescape, more than my actual job. Just bot and don't worry about the game and you'll be fine.

I was in the same boat as most of you guys. Back when I was 11/12 when Rs first came out i would run home just to get on faster (how i missed those days, when i actually was that excited about RS). Anymore, I still play 07 legit most of the time. I bot a lot though too so its kinda just whatever i feel like doing. I quit RS when EoC came out came back for 07. I've got lots of other hobbies as well though, I like working on vehicles and im pretty good it aswell, I enjoy going out with my GF. Life is honestly what you make it. Do whatever you wanna do, you shouldn't let what others say affect the way that you are, everyone is different.
