Could you possibly post more of the conversation between you two or any other evidence you have? Currently what you have provided is not enough to take any actions.

If nothing is done that is upsurged. He scammed me and im giving you convo and the messages from his own account.

He has been unbanned and claims to have been hacked, I've talked with Marine over skype and he was indeed scammed through further evidence. @Declan Services will have to pay back what was stolen during the period of his hacking and he has 48 hours to do so, failure to do so will result in suspension until refundation.

 

Please post here when he has done so or if he refuses.
