Ok some retard told me i could go back to ape toll after finishing monkey madness now everyone tells me i can't without taking the exp so, what would be an alternative to chin at? im 1 deff and i've heard i could do bandits but how much exp per hour they give?

i'm not sure but i think you could do mummies, i've never done them on a pure so can't guarantee that 100%, look into it. other than that bandits is your only other choice

Or there's that place in Brimhaven dungeon, look into that.

In 07, you cannot go back to Ape Atol if you are a pure. In EoC, you can go back.

Bandits is your best bet from my knowledge.
