Bought an lvl 3 account for 3m from officialswaq 08.18.2013. Today, 08.27.2013 the account got stolen and password got changed.

 

 

trade took place in osbot's private chat.

Everything went smooth and cool.

Well, I tried to recover it but I couldn't since I didn't knew the account's creation date etc. (Officialswaq didn't know either)

Later on, after few minutes I tried to recover the account's email but I couldn't. Check the vid.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qeoR_-NnWbQ&feature=youtu.be

I tried to use my registered email (that I changed after the trade), but it didn't accept it. Then I tried the original one, that officialswaq gave me and I got it : http://gyazo.com/1abbc2740d1a96fbf87b3e98b858c782 the password recovery stuff is in his email atm.

Since official doesn't know the email's password (officialswaq@gmail.com) and any info w/ I could recover the account with, We are having a problem.

 

I am looking for a refund or sth.

I don't know if I added the video 'correctly', tell me If you cant watch it.

Can you fix the video. I have informed officialswaq about this dispute, he got 48 hours to reply.

I have finally gotten access to the original e-mail and have gotten the message of "password change request". http://prntscr.com/1o0dgz . I have not changed the password yet and am waiting for North's or Raflesia's reply to this so I can change the e-mail and password also.

confirm, he got access to the email and ill change the password / email later on today. (~ 7 hours from now)
