1. A description of the suggestion - I suggest to investigate the disable user input button, because I believe it is flawed. The client does not remember this setting configuration after logout/login to game. If I disable the setting then the bot logs out (disconnection, 5 minute timer, break, etc.) then the setting will go back to being disabled.

2. How will this suggestion impact scripters and/or botters? It will greatly impact anybody who actively controls many accounts for preparing them (muling, moving them to varying locations, passing tutorial island manually, debugging on many clients simultaneously, etc.)

There's another post regarding this, it has to do with the Random Solvers disabling human input. Thanks for this post though!
