Is it worth it gp/xp to use Smoke/Shadow Burst until blood and ice burst at MM1 monkies on a pure for magic xp? I say that the max hit was 18 for smoke burst but not sure how accurate it is.

no its not worth gp/xp only worth if u dont care about gp and want fastest xp 

Definitely the fastest xp, if you don't care about GP then id say go for it.  Other than that I'd recommend NMZ fire wave.  Pretty afk-able and still pretty decent XP.  Or, auto-clicking high alching if you don't want HP xp.
