Name Change

Ive been lurking the forums for awhile and just made an account to start buying scripts/ posting around. I know I saw a name change thread somewhere to take names from inactive users/banned accounts. I don't know the parameters around inactive accounts but I was wondering if I could get my account name changed from Evade to Brett. You'll need atleast VIP+ to be eligible to request a name change.
