Depends on what style you prefer to pk with. Also kinda depends on the combat bracket you will be in.

Everything 70 combat and higher needs 43+ prayer imo. But that is me, I just hate it if you get attacked by higher combats in PVP and you can't use overheads.

if your edge pker then 1 prayer at low lvls 13 at 60-70s 31 prayer 70+ cb 

if your looking to nh then 43 min 52 pray max 

13 for fighting other pures.
