[Suggestion] Display Log-in timer

Featured Replies

Greetings Osbot community and devs.

Hoping that you're all having a nice monday.

1. A description of the suggestion

I've used the client for months by now, and it's clearly the best osrs bot out there.

However, I would love to keep track on, how long I've been logged on for, and how long there is until the next break.

2. How will this suggestion impact scripters and/or botters?

Some scripts do not support a timestamp on how long you've botted for. I, personally would like to know how long I've been online for.

Therefore, it would be a nice way to take proggie screenshots for a script.

3. Post any examples such as code or pictures to supplement your description (optional)

Here is a picture on how I'd say it should look like.

As you can see in the top bar next to the OSBOT 2.4.147, I added a custom text (just with Photoshop), showing my idea of how it would look.

Let me know what you think in the comments, and feel free to bump!

Why?

Is it really necessary?

Some people like to maintain their login-period, to how long they usually play. Let's say we live at our parents, and your father decided to put a clock on how long the internet is online for. If Jagex can see that you've been playing longer than the average period, some red lights would definitely turn on.

Why not just start a stoptimer next to you and manually turn it on?

Is this really a question?..

Template.

This can be currently handled by a script, the title bar is not a very appropriate place to have that information either. I'm going to be using that space to show your current proxy (if you are using one). Thanks for the positive feedback though! Perhaps ask a scripter of your favorite scripts to implement this into the paint. :)
