I think you'd be better off leaving it 60 since the buyer could always level it if they wanted

Honestly, You're MUCH better off leaving it 40-50 than either of those. Because you said you aren't questing Mith Gloves or DT. Meaning any attack XP associated with Monkey Madness prequest/Mith Gloves/DT would put them over 60 attack if they got the account with it already. 

 

Either of these are your best options....

A) Quest the accounts - And have a ready-to-go pure shop.

B) Leave attack lower so that the buyer can do all pure quests needed without getting their attack level higher than they would like it.
