I've alerted the user that he is under dispute, a refund or new spotify account must be given. Please alert me or post here when one has been given so I will be informed enough to close the dispute.

The fact he called me a scammer and kept swearing he was gunna charge back and win 100%. Hes not getting a new account or a refund. and hes mad he didn't win the chargebacks. He asked me several times during the exchange and i explained the accounts are cracked and the owner still used them.

 

I did NOT scam. Hes the one who scammed me by charging back when hes account stopped working. Theres no problems with my other deals and I have never charged back on anyone on OSbot.

You have no T.O.S on your thread and it seemed through the conversations in your dispute thread he had no knowledge of him not being able to use the account half of the time. If you can show me evidence of him knowing exactly what he was purchasing then he will not be given a refund. This is $1.50 we are talking about, no need to get to worked up over it.

He could use it more then half the time, the owner logged into the account maybe once and he cried because he couldn't listen to music that one time. This is going to sound like a scam but I upgraded to windows 8 and lost all chat logs besides the ones when he requested a refund, tell him to show the entire conversation. If it was anyone else I could replace it but I'm not going to get bullied over the internet for $0.85 (he made me pay the fees on both payments) He wouldn't of made this if he didn't big himself up saying he would win the dispute

I am currently trying to contact Ohad to see if he can give me any conversation of him not knowing what he was buying. I will update this message with my verdict once he responds.

The saddest part about it that he deleted messages to try to cover up his tracks.

After reading the full conversation between you two I've decided that the money Ohad has sent to you must be refunded back to him or you will replace his spotify account. If you refuse to do so you will be banned, if the money is paid back please post back here so I can close this dispute.

I confirm that @ConnorMcG has sent me a new spotify account but he didn't ever state the account wouldn't be able to be in use the whole time.

2 minutes into using the new account i recieved AGAIN a message stating that the account is been used by someone else and i can't use it now. (the original owner)

So i would like the 2 payments refunded or he will get banned.

This is $1.50 we are talking about, and since your customer is unhappy with his purchase and you have no T.O.S stating no refunds will be given if the customer is unsatisfied you will have to refund him back the two payments, please do so quickly and post back when complete.
