Was wondering if I bought a maxed main off someone for example and the acc had no reg email at purchase, and I set it to mine, can they still recover it?

yup u can best thing u can do is set 2 step on account bank pin change pw 1000s times and hope u win  

To my understanding, the origin of the account has a factor.

If you’re from France and you buy an account off someone in America for example, they are going to have priority over you.
