It's only around $1, but its the fact hes scamming me and taking it back because he doesn't understand cracked accounts.

I said I would replace which i normally don't do but i don't take kindly to threats.

You must state somewhere in your T.O.S that the accounts may be recovered since they are cracked and you are not liable if that does happen. He has all rights to take back his dollar since he was not aware.
