i cant seem to recover my osrs account, ive only ever had 1 password on the account and my requests keep getting denied. i dont know what to do, any tips or help?

Including details such as: creation IP, registered email address and most recent activity 9/10 should be sufficient enough

low chance you can recover it without email attached to you account previously. unless you know exactly the creation date and IP the account was created on.

are you sure you didnt save the details somewhere on your computer?

i do that, i save names/whatnot in hidden files just in case this should happen or something

This depends a lot on why the account was banned in the first place..

As much details as you can...IP's and such...

its funny because, i have my main, i have the creation email, and switched it to another email for a while, tried recovering with the creation email and it got denied, used same info for recovery with the most current email it was set up with and got accepted almost instantly
