Explanation: paid for 20~m on his site (can do the maths after), just to find out theres no one in the chat box to talk to, besides a bot telling me of promo events!, threadtitle claims to be "instant"  but is nothing but a lie.

Evidence: not sure what other evidence i can bring as my receipt doesnt mention his site name, i will still upload it and send unedited version to any staff that requires it via pm

pretty much the main thing is i was looking for fast gold, he claims to be fast, nowhere says he's offline etc.

also his promo code doesnt work :(

Not really dispute worthy really. If this was a common thing, then yes. However, you are the first person to dispute such a thing. 

As for the voucher code, try get in touch with them.
